Clinical Laboratory Scientist - Part Time

Stallant Health & Wellness is seeking a motivated Clinical Laboratory Scientist to help establish and run a new Moderate Complexity Lab at our Highland, CA Rural Health Clinic. This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up while playing a key role in ensuring timely, accurate results for patient care.

Duties would include:

• Conduct clinical laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and other areas


• Analyze and interpret data to assist in diagnosis and treatment


• Set up and Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control standards


• Phlebotomy 


• Support the Medical Assistants when not busy in the lab.


• Report to the Lab Manager
  

Qualifications:

• CLS Bachelor’s degree 


• Valid CLS license in CA


• Prior 1 to 2 years experience required. 


• Basic Life Support Certificate

Salary and benefits

• Hourly rate: $50/hour
