Part-Time Clinical Supervisor (Behavioral Health / ID/DD)

Are you an experienced clinical professional passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) and complex behavioral needs? We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor to guide and support our Intensive Support Coordinators (ISCs) as they provide life-changing care coordination to waiver participants. You'll be joining a knowledgeable and supportive team with experienced professionals who are eager to help you succeed from day one!

 What You’ll Do:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll provide support and guidance to the ISC’s. With a supervisory caseload capped at 100 cases, you’ll provide clinical insight, ensure quality services, and act as a key resource for field staff. You’ll play a critical role in:

• Conducting joint visits with ISC participants to assess risk, unmet needs, and service effectiveness
• Reviewing 25% of each ISC’s caseload quarterly for compliance and quality
• Holding monthly supervision sessions and being available for case consultations
• Guiding the development of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and evaluating nursing/behavioral health care plans
• Collaborating with leadership to identify training needs and implement staff development plans

 Position Details:

• Schedule: Part-Time – Work with your supervisor to build this flexible schedule
• Caseload Supervision: Max 100 participants (indirect oversight through ISC staff)
• Location: Hybrid / 50% local travel

 Required Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience with individuals with complex behavioral issues in behavioral health or ID/DD settings
• At least 3 years providing home and community-based case management for individuals with disabilities
• 2 years making clinical recommendations in service plans (e.g., counseling, eligibility, treatment planning)
• Background in staff supervision or oversight
• Must be one of the following licensed or credentialed professionals:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Psychologist
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LAPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
