Clinical Therapist PRN Evening/Weekend

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our mental health care team! As a Clinical Therapist, you will engage with a diverse client population, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions 
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed during sessions.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
• Stay current with mental health research and best practices to inform therapeutic approaches.
• Free individual and group supervision provided, total of 4 supervisions per month.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Active state licensure or eligible for licensure  
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
