Up Closets, a leading provider of custom closet solutions is seeking an assistant closet installer to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet each client's unique needs.

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred

Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead installer on closet installs where needed

Unloading work van at job site, organizing material in the order it would be installed

Help bringing in tools or parts as needed

Assembling drawers while lead installer assembles towers

Cleaning up/organizing van and work area as install is happening

Picking up pallet(s) from Tampa Warehouse, help organizing Storage Unit when needed

Disposing of cardboard/trash/racks after an install is completed

Help install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications

Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
