Brief Job Description

The Club at Mediterra, a multiple award-winning private club located in Naples, Florida has an opening for Part Time Servers to join our dynamic team.

The Person We Are Looking for Will

•    Greeting members and guests 
•    Providing wine and beverage service 
•    Taking and serving orders, including answering questions pertaining to the menu 
•    Relaying any special dietary restrictions and special requests 
•    Proper knowledge and execution of Steps of Service  
•    Working in collaboration with other teammates to deliver members/guests expectations 
•    Maintaining a clean, organized dining room and work-stations 
•    Performing opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership 
•    Attending pre-meal meetings as requested by leadership 

What We Would Like You to Have

• Three (3) months of previous experience working in a private club or high-end dining establishment required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time 
• Must be able to lift and/or carry 20 pounds 
• Available to work a flexible schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and/or holidays 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Friendly, outgoing disposition 
• Attention to detail 
• This position will primarily work 25 hours per week.   However, based on required service levels, the hours are subject to change.
