Clubhouse Site Director

CLUBHOUSE ASSISTANT/SITE DIRECTOR 
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team, working with elementary school children in our before and after school program. This role involves working Monday through Friday, during morning and afternoon sessions throughout the school year, and will continue through June 2025. There are also opportunities for continued employment as a summer camp counselor. 

• Must demonstrate responsibility and reliability.

• No weekend work required.
• End of workday by 6 PM.
• Complimentary membership to the Buffalo Grove Fitness Center.
• Program Duration: August 15, 2024 - June 13, 2025.
• Mandatory Training Dates: August 7 - August 9, 2024.

DESCRIPTION
The Clubhouse Site Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at their assigned Clubhouse location. This role encompasses a broad range of duties, including supervising staff and participants, preparing weekly lesson plans, and maintaining effective communication with participants, their parents, school personnel, and direct supervisors.

HOURS
Morning shift: 6:45 - 9 am or 6:45 – 8:15 am
and/or
Afternoon shift: 2:15 – 6 pm, 2:45 - 6 pm or 3:15 - 6 pm

STARTING WAGE RANGE
$19+ depending on experience
