• Schedule: This is a PRN position for the PM shift, with potential to increase to full-time status. The shift requirements are: ​​​​​​​

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on personal care to residents
• Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
• Enhance residents' quality of life through effective communication and meaningful interaction
• Support residents with daily activities and personal routines
• Maintain flexibility to meet staffing needs as an on-call team member

What You'll Need:

• Valid Illinois CNA certification
• Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
