Job Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver or CNA in Park City, you will assist clients with:

• 
  

  Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

  
  


• 
  

  Vital signs and observation reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Light housekeeping and meal preparation

  
  


• 
  

  Transportation and companionship

  
  


• 
  

  Following individualized care plans under RN supervision

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Negative TB test or chest X-ray

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate and dependable

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and time-management skills

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
