Concierge Care is actively hiring a compassionate and professional CNA or HHA for a weekday home care opportunity in Fleming Island, FL. This W-2 position involves working with two clients back-to-back and starts immediately.

This is a great opportunity for a caregiver looking for consistent daytime hours, weekly pay, and a positive working environment.

Weekly Schedule:

  Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

  Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Job Duties Include:

  Assistance with grooming, hygiene, and daily tasks

  Light housekeeping and simple meal prep

  
  


• 
  

  Companionship and safety monitoring

  
  


• 
  

  Reporting any client changes to the agency

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Florida CNA license or HHA certification

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of hands-on care experience

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

  
  


• 
  

  Professionalism and reliability a must
