We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA / Home Care Aide to provide high-quality, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and passionate about helping older adults remain safe, supported, and independent.
This position includes a variety of shifts, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

  
  


• 
  

  Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity

  
  


• 
  

  Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare simple meals and support light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

  
  


• 
  

  Support medication reminders and adhere to client-specific care plans

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate, timely documentation using agency systems

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate any changes in condition promptly to the care team

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and agency policies

  
  


• 
  

  Represent the agency with professionalism, empathy, and respect at all times

Qualifications

• 
  

  Current CNA license or Home Care Aide registration in California (HCA)

  
  


• 
  

  Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass background checks, TB screening, and drug testing

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for caregiving
