We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at ProValidus Medical Staffing. Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with ADLs: Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, nutrition, and hygiene while maintaining their dignity and comfort.

· Monitor Vital Signs: Record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing staff.

· Mobility Support: Help residents with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote mobility and prevent falls.

· Resident Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in residents’ physical or mental conditions to the healthcare team.

· Personal Care: Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to each resident’s needs.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to create a positive and nurturing environment.

· Accurate Documentation: Maintain thorough and precise records in the facility’s electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Qualifications:

· Active CNA Certification in the state of New York (required).
