Looking for a flexible weekend role where you can make a real difference? 5 Star Cares is now hiring part-time CNAs, DSPs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide high-quality care in a supportive group home environment.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll support individuals with daily living tasks while fostering a safe, respectful, and nurturing atmosphere. Your care will have a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ At least 2 years of experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation
✔ A caring and dependable attitude
✔ Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening
✔ Strong communication and documentation skills
✔ Willingness to assist with personal care, mobility, feeding, and hygiene
✔ Valid BLS, First Aid, and CPR certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
✔ Experience with intellectual disabilities or mental illness (preferred)
✔ Able to lift at least 50 lbs safely
✔ Comfortable using standard care equipment (wheelchairs, commodes, shower chairs)
✔ Willing to work in both Lutz and Tampa locations (15 minutes apart)

Position Details:

• Job Type: Part-time


• Pay Range: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)


• Shifts: 12-hour day shifts


• Schedule: Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays only
