Givens Estates Assisted Living is hiring a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant/Med Tech to help support our assisted living residents. The primary purpose of this position is to perform various duties assisting professional nurses in the care of residents in accordance with established methods and procedures of Givens Estates to assure that the highest degree of quality care will be provided to our residents at all times. We are looking for team members to support our first shift needs, 7am - 3pm. 

What you'll do:

• Assisting nurses in the care of residents


• Transferring and transporting residents


• Assisting with feeding


• Assisting residents with activities of daily living


• Use of gait belt and proper body mechanics


• Administer oral and topical medications


• Maintain medication records


• Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor

What you'll need:

• Active North Carolina CNA/Med Tech


• Current CPR/Heimlich maneuver certification


• As a minimum, one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred

Compensation is $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus an extra $1 for med tech certification, shift differentials, and $2 PRN pay.
