Job Description - Commercial Construction Estimator ( Part Time )

Commercial Construction Estimator (Part Time )

Hourly Rate: $40.00-$60.00

Ambler, PA

This is a Hybrid role 20-25 hours per week

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Part Time Estimator with experience in Commercial Construction
Must understand commercial general contracting, scopes of work, experience compiling and comparing subcontractor pricing
Experience with tenant fit-outs, retail and medical projects

Requirements

Must have 5+ years experience in commercial construction estimating
Estimating for medical projects is a PLUS
Open to Part Time during normal business hours of 9-5pm
Must be collaborative, detailed, organized.
