We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Commis Chef to support our kitchen team. In this role, you will assist with food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and learn from senior chefs to develop your culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
• Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs accurately.
• Support different sections of the kitchen as required.
• Ensure stock is properly stored, rotated, and controlled to minimize waste.
• Keep work areas clean and organized during and after service.

Requirements:

• Some previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred but not essential.
• A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
• Good communication skills and a strong team ethic.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Basic food hygiene certificate.
