Community Association Lodge Host

Description

Warren Management Group, Inc. seeks an individual to join our team in Peyton(Falcon), CO. This position will be responsible for providing guests with a pleasant and memorable experience at the community's lodge (Recreation Center), assisting walk-ins as well as those who rent the facility for private events.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner.
• Answer guests’ questions about the community, event rentals, etc.
• Assist the management team with the preparation of letters and other tasks as needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to build relationships with owners and residents.
• Basic computer skills, including navigation of Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other part-time employees also fulfilling a similar role on other days of the week.
• Must be able to travel to the Falcon area where the facility is located. Must be available on flexible to work various weekdays and weekends as needed for private events.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
