At Caring Transitions of West Jacksonville, we help seniors and families navigate life’s biggest transitions with compassion and professionalism. Our services include estate sales, downsizing, relocation support, and online auctions. We are building strong connections across the Jacksonville community and seek a motivated individual to join us as a Community Outreach Coordinator.

Role Overview

The Community Outreach Coordinator will serve as the bridge between our services and the community, helping expand awareness of our brand and services. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and enjoys connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships in the community
• Represent the company at networking events, expos, and community functions
• Support social media and email marketing campaigns with local content ideas
• Track outreach activities, partner contacts, and follow-ups in CRM system
• Assist with special projects, including event planning and community presentations
• Be an ambassador of the Caring Transitions brand in the community

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track outreach activities
• Comfortable speaking with professionals and community members at all levels
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
• Reliable transportation to attend meetings and events within the Jacksonville area
• Marketing, communications, or community engagement experience preferred but not required
