Job Description - Community Participation Support

We are looking for a friendly support person to spend 5-6 hours a week with a young man who needs encouragement to join fun activities in the community. You will help him try new things and have fun, like going to parks, playing games, and meeting people.



Job Details:



  • Work 5-6 hours each week.

  • Flexible hours— hours may be during the week or weekends, depending on individual's work schedule.

  • Encourage and support the young man to join / or participate in activities and have fun.

  • Direct Care Support Experience required


What You’ll Do:



  • Help him feel comfortable joining activities.

  • Encourage him to try new things and make friends.

  • Be a positive, friendly support to help him enjoy his time in the community.
