Responsibilities:

• Provide quality care and assistance to clients in their homes.


• Perform daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders.


• Assist with mobility and physical activities as needed.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams.


• Respond promptly to immediate shift needs and changes in care plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of care giving experience.


• Reliable transportation (valid driver's license and proof of insurance required).


• Flexible and coachable with a willingness to adapt to various client needs.

• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client well-being.
