Caregiver Requirements

• 
  

  Compassion, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to support seniors at home

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

  
  


• 
  

  Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

  
  

Job Responsibilities

• 
  

  Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, vacuuming

  
  


• 
  

  Personal care: assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and incontinence care

  
  


• 
  

  Companionship: conversation, games, reading, and social engagement

  
  


• 
  

  Errands & transportation: grocery shopping and appointments

  
  


• 
  

  Medication reminders: assist and remind clients with medications

  
  


• 
  

  Meal preparation: support daily nutrition and meal planning
