Competitive Gymnastics Team Coach - Black Diamond Kids Center
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year coaching experience in competitive gymnastics

USAG Safety Certification and Professional Membership

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for working with young athletes and helping them achieve their goals

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for competitive gymnastics team members

Provide personalized coaching and feedback to athletes during practice and competitions

Assist in choreographing routines and preparing athletes for competitions

Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members during training and events

Communicate effectively with parents and provide progress updates on athletes

Coaching Xcel and Developmental/Compulsory Teams

Schedule:

Afternoon and evening availability required

Part time 15-20 hours per week
