The computer testing technician is responsible for testing and verifying computer hardware and software solution. Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot computer systems, and also ensure that systems are configured correctly and are running efficiently. The job duties include installing software patches, update BIOS and drivers, diagnosing and repairing problems, resolving computer failures, configuring software and drivers. Final quality inspection on outgoing and incoming products. Locating, verifying and solving problems that arise during tests. Able to run failure analysis on both HW and SW of computers. Continuous improvements on operations, products and services.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft computer software
Problem-solving skills and good analytical abilities
Min. 3 years of computer HW and SW experiences
Degree in computer science, information technology
Basic soldering of electronic components and wiring
Familiar with quality management system
Positive mindset and detail oriented; team player and social skills
Mechanical and technical skills, be handy
