Position: Concierge
Location: Sky Central Apartments, located in the iconic PNC Tower annex, downtown Cincinnati.
Work Schedule: Two part-time shifts available: Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM + Thursday & Friday 3 PM – 7 PM, or Sunday 9 AM – 5 PM + Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 3 PM – 7 PM.

What You'll Do:  

• Welcome residents and guests
• Receive and deliver packages
• Manage incoming calls and messages
• Monitor surveillance cameras and fire alarms
• Maintain visitor and contractor logs
• Ensure lobby area cleanliness

We’re Looking For:

• At least one year of relevant experience 
• Strong customer service and communication skills 
• Are proficient in basic computer skills and recordkeeping
• Can lift or move up to 50 lbs 
• Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon job offer
