Job Description - Concierge (CON) Friday- Sunday

The Concierge (CON) at Claiborne Senior Living, LLC will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and staff members. This is a Friday- Sunday position from 8am to 7pm! This individual will serve as the face of the community and will assist with various tasks and requests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for all. The CON will report directly to the Facility Manager and will work full-time, hourly at our healthcare facility in Avaline at River Oaks,TN

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff members
- Greet and warmly welcome visitors and guide them to their destination
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the facility’s front desk and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Coordinate transportation services for residents as needed
- Assist with organizing and planning resident events and activities
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a working knowledge of the facility’s services, amenities, and policies
- Keep track of packages and deliveries for residents and staff members
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times
- Other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferred in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have a friendly and positive attitude
