This role offers at least five hours per day, Monday through Thursday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM
1. Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate party
2. Greet and direct visitors
3. Alert the appropriate person when the mail arrives and help sort the mail if necessary
4. Track all incoming office supply orders and distribute as appropriate
5. Meter outgoing mail as requested
6. Cross train with the Customer Relations staff and assist with those duties as needed
7. Assist with assembling all program packets for volunteers as needed
8. Help with mailing labels, stuffing envelopes, and any other needs associated with large mailings
9. Photocopy incoming checks and other items on request
10. Assist Agency staff as needed with administrative duties
A minimum of a high school degree, with office systems training on computers.
