Concierge Part Time

Hilltop Reserve, one of Denver’s premiere senior living communities, is seeking a friendly and courteous concierge for our front desk. You will be responsible for answering the phones, greeting visitors and residents, and ensuring their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person. This is a part-time position working 7am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets all visitors entering the facility in a courteous, warm, and professional manner
• Promotes positive image of the community and serves as an ambassador to all visitors
• Receives all incoming phone calls and directs to the proper resident or staff
• Receives all mail for the community and residents; sorts and delivers to the appropriate mail location
• Routinely perform basic typing, filing, and clerical work as requested. Maintains community resident’s rosters and other community information

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills, preferably with Microsoft windows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed

Pay:

$20.50 - $21.50 an hour, based on experience
