Job Title: Concierge (Part-Time, Seasonal)
Location: Weston Field Club – Weston, CT
Seasonal Position: Late Spring through Early Fall (exact dates TBD)
Compensation: $16.35/hour - $17.50/hour
Hours: Part-time (approximately 10–15 hours/week)
Weekend Hours: Weekend coverage required
About Us:
The Weston Field Club is a private, family-oriented club located in Weston, Connecticut, offering tennis, swimming, dining, and social events in a welcoming and scenic environment. The Concierge is often the first point of contact for members and guests and plays a key role in creating a warm, seamless experience at the Club.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a personable and professional Concierge to assist with daily member services and front desk operations. This is a part-time, seasonal role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a refined but friendly setting. Minimal weekday availability is needed, with a primary focus on weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Support event RSVPs, court bookings, and event reservations
- Provide information about Club amenities, schedules, and policies
- Maintain the front “desk” area and ensure it is tidy, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred
- Friendly, helpful, and polished communication style
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Flexible with schedule; weekend availability required
