Concrete Mold Tech - 1st Shift

• Location: Mt. Pleasant, IA 
• Starting Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Shift Details: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Core Hours)
• Monday - Thursday
• OT as needed
• Full Time / Direct Hire

• Quarterly Profit Sharing – Eligible after 1 year of service

• Produce concrete fire brick
• Utilizing power equipment to mix concrete
• Manually pouring concrete into molds
• Sequencing product to cure
• Removing cured product from molds
• Painting & highlighting refractory
• Packaging finished goods for shipment
