The consultation coordinator must be a highly motivated individual. Performs sales functions, meets with patients, and guides them in treatment process. Follows up with patients on a regular basis to develop relationships. Uses service calls to ensure patient satisfaction. The consultation coordinator closes the plan of care that is ordered by the medical team for the patient. This is a performance-based position.

Job Summary
The main job of the consultation coordinator is guiding, directing and selling a potential new patient on our services. Good sales coordinators have a deep understanding of our processes and are able to present the benefits of our procedures to customers clearly.
Responsibilities
- Upholds the highest morals and ethics, adhering to the QC Kinetix mission statement at all times.
- Understands basic physiology for each treatment offered as to be able to explain each treatment in great detail prescribed by the medical provider.
- Calls all new patients and follow-up patients the day before their appointment for an introduction as to who they will be seeing.
- Reviews SOAP note from medical provider, establishes rapport with new patient, and presents treatment protocol dictated by the medical provider.
- Obtains treatment plan from medical provider to present to new patient.
- Answers any questions or objections the new patient may have regarding finances, timing, or treatment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care.
