Encourage group members to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a non-judgmental and supportive space.

  5. Maintain Ethical and Confidentiality Standards: Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements regarding confidentiality and professional conduct. Ensure that group members' privacy and confidentiality are protected at all times.

  6. Documentation and Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of group sessions, including attendance records, progress notes, and treatment plans. Collaborate with the treatment team to monitor the progress and outcomes of group therapy participants.
