This position is being offered in Albuquerque. This is a part-time position 15 hours a week, Tuesday through Saturday 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.  This is not a remote position.

This Custodial role will: Get ready to roll up your sleeves and make spaces shine! This hands-on role keeps things spotless—vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and scrubbing everything from restrooms to floors. You’ll be flying solo, running the show and handling the job like a pro with vacuums, mops, and other tools of the trade. If you take pride in doing quality work on time, this gig is your time to shine!

The knowledge and experience needed for this position are: The ideal candidate for this role is a reliable team player who’s not afraid to jump in and help when things get busy or someone calls out. They’re sharp with the details—always clocking in and out honestly and keeping timesheets on point. They keep an eye on supplies, make sure everything’s stocked for the shift, and speak up if anything seems off. Safety and cleanliness are top priorities, and they’re not shy about bringing up any issues to keep the workplace running smoothly. Plus, they show up to staff meetings ready to contribute and collaborate—because keeping things clean is a team sport!

Essential Skills and Experience:

1. Prefer HS Diploma or GED or 1 year custodial experience.
2. Must meet the AbilityOne Requirements.

2. Time Management: Proven ability to manage one’s own time and the time of others well.
3. Monitoring: Proven practice of monitoring/assessing performance of oneself, other individuals, or organization to make improvements or take corrective action.

Conditions of Employment:

1. Fingerprints, background check, and drug screen.
2. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Challenges:

1. Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the position without hazard to self or others.
2. The work is non-sedentary, requiring walking, frequent bending, lifting and carrying 60 pounds occasionally.
