The Cook role: As a cook, you will support seniors to live life fully by preparing healthy, delicious meals. Your duties include food prep, cooking all menu items according to standardized recipes, serving, stocking, and clean up after meals. This position is responsible for safe food handling and preparing food to meet the therapeutic needs of the residents. An ideal candidate enjoys interacting with seniors and is happy working in a professional senior home environment.

Hiring for a part-time position: Sun 6:30a-10a, Wed 11a-6p, Thurs 1:30p-6p, Sat 6:30a-10a. Pay range at $15-$16.50/hr.

• One year of experience in a food service setting and experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
