YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the Cook, you will serve customers with the consistency and quality of food that they expect from our establishment and work as a team to create a memorable dining experience for all of our guests.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Know and understand all menu items (including portion size, cooking method, and quality standards); assume 100% of responsibility for quality of products served
• Timing is everything; refine your efforts to get all tickets out in an appropriate amount of time
• Maintain a clean, stocked and organized workstation
• Open/close the kitchen following the opening/closing station checklists. Assist others as necessary when opening/closing
• Arrive promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts
• Assist with putting away deliveries when help is needed
• Have fun; leave baggage at the door; arrive with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a positive experience for our guests

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• You have knowledge of: basic math skills (add, subtract, make change), legible handwriting, customer service skills and demonstrated oral communication skills
• You can lift up to 50 lbs.

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING

• You have one year of kitchen experience
• You are bilingual in English & Spanish

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
