Job Title: Yoga and Fitness Coordinator

About the Role
The Yoga & Fitness Coordinator supports the yoga and fitness experience at one
Bouldering Project location. This part-time role helps shape class programming, assists
in instructor coordination, and ensures high-quality, community-aligned offerings. In
collaboration with the General Manager and the National Manager of Yoga & Fitness, the
coordinator contributes to movement programming that aligns with our mission and
community values. Ideal candidate will work a Monday-Friday schedule.
What You’ll Do
-Support the design and coordination of weekly class schedules
-Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and supporting instructors
-Coordinate sub coverage and manage class logistics
-Track class attendance and gather member feedback
-Monitor and support instructor development through feedback and coaching
-Ensure studio readiness and address member experience concerns
-Collaborate on local programming aligned with national standards
-Represent Bouldering Project culture and values in all interactions
Team Collaboration
-Collaborate with the General Manager and Programming Team
-Partner with national leadership to support seasonal events and initiatives
-Support community events, cross-department programming, and brand-aligned
campaigns
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
-1–2 years experience in yoga or group fitness environments
-Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-Availability during evenings/weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
-Yoga or fitness teaching certification
-Experience coordinating programming or studio operations
-Familiarity with community-based or mission-driven organizations
-Experience supporting or mentoring instructors
