SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment within the corporate areas of Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV). This includes daily cleaning, restocking, and upkeep of the Connect Breck building (floors 1 and 2), the OPC Main Street kiosk, and BGV-operated offices at Lincoln West Mall.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Including but not limited to:
- Clean, sanitize, and restock all assigned areas:
- Disinfect surfaces including counters, sinks, toilets, urinals, walls, doors, lockers, and fixtures. (toilets and urinals only at CB)
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and use floor machines as needed for various flooring types.
- Spot clean furniture, remove stains, hair, and debris.
- Eliminate mineral deposits (calcium/lime/rust) from hardware and surfaces.
- Ensure areas are free from dust, grime, and clutter; maintain placement of items and decor.
- Polish wood and stainless-steel surfaces.
- Replenish all consumables: paper products, hygiene items, amenities, and supplies.
- Replace urinal screens and filters as necessary. (only at CB)
- Manage waste removal (trash, compost, recycling) throughout the day.
- Handle occasional pet waste in designated outdoor areas.
- Refill all chemical bottles using appropriate cleaning agents and follow proper dilution and labeling procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Secure facilities post-cleaning and ensure areas are left in “ready to use” condition.
- Report maintenance issues and notify supervisors promptly.
- Maintain organized and clean supply and storage areas.
- Perform bi-annual deep cleaning:
- Dusting all blinds, surfaces (desks, credenzas, tops of cubicles), light fixtures (if possible), ceiling fans (IT Dev offices).
- Clean interior glass (glass dividers in accounting office, doors and interior windows)
- Vacuum/sweep under desks.
- Deep clean of kitchens-thorough cleaning of floors, appliances, counter tops, tables, sinks and wipe down the cabinets
- Dust conference rooms
- Clean pillars in offices (if possible)
- Complete required documentation (e.g., Houseperson checklists), noting any restricted areas.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Must own and maintain a reliable method of transportation.
- Maintain and manage various projects, being proactive in the design and implementation of systems to complete the projects.
- Turn off lights and lock doors in areas that are not in use or when finished cleaning.
- Uphold Hospitality Standards, Company Culture and Department Core Standards and observe Company policies and procedures.
- Be the “End of the Line” and resolve every situation inherited, not passing it along, whenever possible.
- Follow up on any situation that is not fully resolved at the time of the initial request, always considering what the employees deem appropriate.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all contacts, always being helpful and courteous.
MARGINAL DUTIES: Functions that are not considered essential to the job:
- Provide support to other BGV properties as needed.
- Participate in sustainability efforts by following recycling, composting, and resource conservation protocols.
- Attend departmental meetings and company-wide training sessions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: One to three months related experience required, High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
COMPUTER EXPERIENCE: Ability to operate a personal computer to accurately record time worked, in the correct department, using the Company timekeeping system.
LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to speak, read, write and interpret in English preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
