Responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services and maintaining spa

standards throughout all procedures. Appointments will occur at reserved times with no delay. Will maintain cleanliness of the salon areas (hair stations, manicure and pedicure areas) and prep rooms in a professional manner at all times and follow all established protocols and checklists to enhance the operation and guest experience.

• Follow uniform and grooming guidelines.
• Assist guests with retail product selections and educate them on correct use.
• Inform Management when inventory or product is low.
• Communicate lost and found items to spa desk immediately.
• Complete all established checklists and comply with all policies and procedures.
• Grow guest requests for services.
• Knowledgeable of the spa’s hair treatments and the products used, their benefits and ingredients and be able to communicate these to guests.
• Display professional appearance and conduct at all times with both guests and team members.
• Greet guests who enter the spa and display knowledge of services available.
• Maintain all work-related areas in accordance with room standards; as well as, maintain equipment and supplies on a daily basis.
• Ensure all hair stations are stocked, towels folded.
• Notify spa desk personnel of service upgrades and/or changes.
• Report service issues immediately.
• Assist in training of hair services to the new team members and other hotel personnel.
• Continuously meet or exceed retail goals, and service standard testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
