Infinity Mental Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Couples Therapist to join our inclusive, client-centered practice in Upper Marlboro, MD. We provide a supportive team environment, furnished therapy offices, and full administrative support so you can focus on what you do best—helping couples heal and grow.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct therapy sessions tailored to each couple’s needs and treatment goals
- Help partners navigate communication challenges and strengthen emotional connections
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methods (e.g., EFT, Gottman Method, IBCT)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Actively contribute to a diverse, mission-driven team
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active Maryland license (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, or equivalent)
- Specialized training in evidence-based couples therapy strongly preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations, relationship orientations, and structures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility
