Courier Delivery

At Western Montana Clinic, we are continuing our 100-year tradition of providing excellent health care to the community. We are a group of local, independent providers practicing in multiple specialties. We are seeking a part-time (25 hours per week) Courier to join our Purchasing department at Broadway Building. 

   Local travel required   

   Wage Range DOE 

In this position you will:

• Deliver and pick up medical records, documents, lab specimens, and supplies to and from company locations and/or other medical facilities.
• Record shipping or delivery information and/or receive messages or materials to be delivered, and information on recipients such as name, addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions, communicated via telephone, two-way radio, or in person.
• Load and unload the vehicle, ensuring goods are loaded and unloaded correctly while taking precautions with hazardous goods.
• Analyze shipping information to make routing decisions and provide notifications to customers.
• Confer with coworkers to coordinate work activities.
• Perform all other related work as requested or required.
• Must comply with all safety requirements for the position and the HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance required
• Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
