New Home Star, in partnership with Creative Homes, is hiring a Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our New Home Sales team in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. This role is perfect for someone with a customer service mindset, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow into a full-time sales position in the future.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and engage prospective homebuyers at our model homes.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and marketing efforts.
• Manage phone and email communications with clients.
• Keep the model home looking its best for visitors.
• Learn the ropes of new home sales and work alongside top industry professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, professional, and eager to learn.
• Availability during weekdays and some weekends (approx. 30 hours/week).
• High School diploma required; some college or customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general tech tools.
• Interest in real estate or a desire to grow into a full-time sales role.
• A valid real estate license is a plus, but not required.
