Pay: $12–$14/hr + tips ($3/hr average additional)

About the Role
As a Crew Member, you’ll be hands-on in all aspects of daily restaurant operations. From slicing meats and baking bread to engaging with guests and keeping the store clean, you’ll play a big part in making someone’s day—one sandwich at a time.


Responsibilities

  • Make subs quickly and accurately following the Jersey Mike’s system

  • Deliver friendly, high-energy service to every guest

  • Assist with food prep and maintain cleanliness throughout your shift

  • Follow all health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines

  • Cashier responsibilities: take orders, handle payments, bag online orders

  • Support teammates and communicate clearly with staff and management

Qualifications

  • Must be 15+ (18+ to operate slicer)


  • No prior experience needed—we provide paid training!

  • Reliable transportation and consistent availability

  • Positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to learn

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment

  • Bonus: Prior food service or quick-serve restaurant experience

  • 6 months of food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
