Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) – PRN
Location: Greater Pittsburgh & Pennsylvania Areas

Job Summary:
We are seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our growing team in the Greater Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania areas.  This is a PRN position with availability throughout the work week. Mobile Medical Corporation provides a dynamic opportunity to work in the field of occupational medicine, where your skills in clinical care, triage, and patient education will have a direct impact on employee health and workplace safety.

Qualifications:



  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Master’s degree or higher in nursing from an accredited program

  • Minimum of 2 years full-time experience as a nurse practitioner

  • Occupational or industrial health experience highly preferred

  • Current certification in CPR and ACLS

  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, adaptability, and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong knowledge of clinical standards of care

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to read and interpret documents, and write reports and correspondence



What You’ll Do – A Day in the Life:




  • Triage injuries to determine whether on-site care is sufficient or if off-site medical treatment is required

  • Conduct physicals either at the MMC corporate office or onsite at union facilities/construction sites for both pre-employed and current employees of said organization. 

  • Coordinate appropriate transportation and level of off-site care

  • Manage care of injured employees in partnership with panel physicians

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment files

  • Communicate with off-site medical providers for continuity of care

  • Provide follow-up care and support for return-to-work and modified duty programs

  • Educate employees on health, safety, and injury prevention topics

  • Complete required documentation accurately and timely

  • Maintain all certifications and remain current on training requirements

  • Represent MMC with professionalism, courtesy, and as a strong patient advocate



Schedule:



  • PRN (as needed)

  • Must be available for assignments within the region
