Individuals needed as crossing guards and substitute crossing guards for various street intersections within the city limits. Duties require working two (2) different appearances each school day, totaling approximately one hour per day, in assisting school children safely across the street. Individuals must be alert, dependable and capable of working under all weather conditions during the school year. A background investigation will be conducted by the Jackson City Police Department prior to hiring. A Drug screen will also be required. Rate of pay: Each appearance at a corner $10.93 per appearance.
