Custodial Aid

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Janitorial Aid to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. The ideal candidate will assist in keeping the premises clean, organized, and safe, with light cleaning duties that ensure a comfortable environment for employees and visitors. This is a part-time position, suitable for someone looking for flexible hours.Key 

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in designated areas.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Wipe down and sanitize surfaces such as desks, countertops, and door handles.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms (cleaning sinks, mirrors, and refilling supplies).
• Perform light dusting of furniture, shelves, and office equipment.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages.
• Assist with minor facility maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing light bulbs, restocking supplies).
• Report any safety hazards or areas in need of repair.
• Additional Duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift light objects as required.
