Custodian

Do you take pride in a job well done and have a knack for keeping spaces sparkling? The SJCC is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Custodian to help us create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff, members and guests.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be our behind-the-scenes hero, making sure everything is in tip-top shape! Your day-to-day may include:
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing—making every corner shine
Emptying trash and keeping restrooms fresh and stocked
Setting up and breaking down rooms for meetings, events, and classes
Tidying up outdoor spaces and keeping them guest-ready
Taking on light repairs, painting, and handywork
Opening or closing the building depending on your shift
Reporting any issues to our maintenance manager

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Open availability—including nights and weekends—is a big plus!

To be successful as a Custodian, you should have:

• Some relevant work experience.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively with community center members and colleagues.

Compensation and Full Time Benefits Include:
