Are you an experienced custodian looking for a long-term part-time evening job in Auburn Hills, MI?
3 Positions Available: 1 lead & 2 team positions

Schedule

5-day shift: Mon - Fri

5 hours per night (M-F): 5:30pm - 10:30pm

25 hours per week

Pay Scale:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour -Lead Custodian
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour -Team Custodian
bi-weekly pay with direct deposit option

Responsibilities

Pulling trash, sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning restrooms

Stock and maintain supply room

Ability to work with others efficiently

Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

Proven working experience as a janitor (1-3 years)

Lead custodian must have 2 or more years’ experience as a janitorial team lead/supervisor

Integrity and ability to work independently

Trainable and good communicator

Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Reliable mode of transportation (personal vehicle, public transit) -No Uber, Lyft, etc.

The person must be able to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
