Custodian Worker Part-time Night (9pm 2am)

Description

Unica Enterprises LLC (Unica) seeks qualified Janitorial Staff to join our team at the City of Arlington Recreation Center Sites in Arlington, Texas. After-hours cleaning will consist of maintaining nine Parks and Recreation facilities located throughout the city of Arlington.

Unica Enterprises is seeking self-motivated, energetic, responsible individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance. You will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks to maintain a safe, welcoming, and pleasant environment. The ideal candidate must be able proactive, dependable, and dedicated to upholding high cleanliness standards.

Job Responsibilities 

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, and countertops), replenish supplies, and monitor inventory levels
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including break rooms, lobbies, and hallways
• Position requires sitting, standing, walking on level, uneven and slippery surfaces, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, grasping, and making repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties.

Requirements

•  Custodial or janitorial work preferred
• Must be available to work from 9pm – 2am, Thursday - Monday (Times may vary depending on events)
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
• Must pass background and E Verify verification.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
