Custodian/Maintenance - Part Time

Description

We are looking for a cleaning professional who is also skilled in handiwork 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Clean all work areas, customer areas, bathrooms, hallways & stairwell, and break rooms in dealership including dusting and/or sanitizing all surfaces, mopping floors, vacuuming, cleaning glass on frequently used doors as applicable.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles, inside and outside 
• Remove debris from lots
• Restock supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee cups etc.) as needed 
• Maintain cleanliness of all cleaning equipment including washing rags and mop heads when needed 
• Maintain adequate supply of cleaning products by notifying accounting clerk of need to reorder supplies prior to depleting supply needed for daily operations. 
• Light electrical maintenance including replacement of light bulbs and ballasts as needed 
• Other duties as assigned

Willing to discuss schedule 

Pay based on experience  

Requirements

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

· Minimum one year custodial or janitorial experience required.

· One to two years’ experience janitorial duties at a business location with a high volume of customers using public areas preferred, not required.
