The Big Tasks of a Customer Care Representative:

• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to both internal and external customers


• Manage inbound and outbound calls, handling scheduling and follow-ups for service and estimates


• Build lasting relationships and trust with customers through clear communication


• Resolve customer concerns, providing solutions and follow-ups as needed


• Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and customers


• Assist in training new team members on company values, policies, and procedures


• Work closely with the Customer Care Lead and Dispatch Team to meet service and company goals


• Provide feedback on service issues or customer concerns to management


• Participate in training to develop professionally

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience (preferably in mechanical contracting)


• Familiarity with the company’s products and services


• Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability to different customer personalities


• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills


• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively


• Self-motivated with strong integrity and work ethic


• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets and Docs)

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience with CRM software (Service Titan preferred)


• Previous experience in a call center or outbound calling environment (preferred)

• Job Type: Part-time


• Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience


• Work Location: In person
