Job Description:

The Analyst, Customer Account is responsible for data management, generating specific reports involving data analytics, and preparing operational reports for routine meetings. This role supports the Customer Account Manager (CAM) and collaborates closely with the broader E-Commerce team. Key tasks include data input to management systems, promotion/post-event analysis, distribution tracking, deduction management, and providing data that supports business planning.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2+ years’ experience with data analytics/systems, Amazon experience preferred (Vendor Central, Stackline).
2+ years’ experience in analyst roles within traditional CPG companies.
2+ years working with Sales Planning and Sales systems.
High proficiency in building reports from raw data and converting database downloads into user-friendly formats to support decision-making.
Previous collaboration experience with Amazon preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years related work experience.
Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Excel.
Proficiency in building reports from raw data.
Ability to handle and manage confidential information internally and externally.
Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
Seattle-based, with in-office attendance required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
