Part-Time Customer Experience Associate

Work Locations: East Aurora and Lancaster

Training Locations: Hamburg, Orchard Park, East Aurora, or Lancaster

Starting Pay: $16.50 to $17.50

Schedule & Hours:

• Part-time: 10–15 hours per week


• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM


• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM


• Closed Sundays and major holidays

Benzinger’s Clothing Care is hiring a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate to join our front counter team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a structured environment, and paying attention to details. Our Customer Experience team helps ensure every customer visit is smooth, friendly, and efficient.

This position is in both our East Aurora and Lancaster stores, and candidates must be comfortable working at both locations as needed.

Applicants who proceed to an in-person interview may be asked to complete a short job-related exercise demonstrating garment and color identification for data entry accuracy.

Training

All new team members complete approximately 120 hours of paid training. Training may occur at any of our store locations: Hamburg, Orchard Park, East Aurora and Lancaster. Training covers customer service procedures, garment care basics, and our computer system.

In this role, you will:

• Greet customers and assist them at the front counter


• Carefully inspect all garments and household items that arrive at stores (emptying pockets, checking for stains and damage)


• Enter garment and household item details accurately into our computer system


• Answer customer questions about services and timelines


• Help keep the front counter organized and welcoming


• Support team members during busy periods
